Research Leadership at Chime

The desire to create better learning experiences was my gateway to the creative industry which led to the foundation of my own company and the first steps in the digital world. In 2015, I left entrepreneurship and academia to get an MBA and a graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Bentley University, MA.

Since then, I’ve researched and designed experiences for products and services in fintech, travel, education, e-commerce, aerospace&defense, and consumer services. I've built teams of researchers and scaled the research function in a hyper-growth startup environment.

My practice stems from my fascination with environmental design, the psychology of social change, cross-cultural design, behavioral economics, complex technological ecosystems and the human attraction to games & play.

If I am not researching or tinkering my prototypes, I am probably playing video games or traveling the world with my camera, my soul mate and our dog, talking to locals, sampling food, diving or snowboarding.

Come say hi!
